Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are presented as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Colours and appearance of products may vary slightly from the images shown on screen.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination. Tahaara is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier issues.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at sales@tahaarafragrances.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Tahaara Fragrances and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Tahaara Fragrances shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
