United States Authorized Reseller Policy

To protect the integrity of the Tahaara Fragrances brand and ensure a premium customer experience, all resellers must comply with the following Authorized Reseller Policy (“Policy”).

Tahaara Fragrances partners with businesses that present our products as premium offerings and provide a high level of service and support to end customers.

By purchasing Tahaara Fragrances products for resale, you agree to the following terms:

1. Online Sales Authorization

Resellers may not sell Tahaara Fragrances products online without prior written approval. Approved online channels must follow brand presentation and selling guidelines provided by Tahaara Fragrances.

2. No Transshipping

Resellers may not sell, transfer, or distribute Tahaara Fragrances products to any third party for resale. Products must be sold directly to end consumers through approved channels only.

3. Territory Restrictions

Authorized resellers may only market and sell Tahaara Fragrances products within the United States, unless otherwise approved in writing.

4. Intellectual Property Use

Use of Tahaara Fragrances trademarks, product images, logos, or marketing materials requires prior written consent. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5. Ethical Sales & Marketing Practices

Resellers must operate professionally and ethically at all times. Misleading advertising, false claims, or unauthorized representations are not permitted. All applicable laws and regulations must be followed.

6. Product Handling & Quality Standards

Resellers must store, handle, and ship products in a manner that maintains product quality and brand standards, in accordance with any guidelines provided by Tahaara Fragrances.

7. Customer Experience & Support

Resellers are expected to provide knowledgeable and responsive customer service. Sales staff should be familiar with Tahaara Fragrances products and able to assist customers with scent selection and general inquiries.

8. Packaging & Product Integrity

All products must be sold in their original packaging. Repackaging, relabeling, bundling, or alteration of any kind is not permitted. Tampering with batch codes, UPCs, or labels is strictly prohibited.

9. Policy Updates

Tahaara Fragrances reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Continued resale of products constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Failure to comply with this Policy may result in order cancellation, termination of reseller status, or further legal action.
